Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

The following applies to consumers, i.e. any natural person who enters into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (David Miler, c/o IP-Management #6108, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, email contact@mildnode.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal — services

For services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express prior consent and confirmed your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract (§ 356(4) BGB). If you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw before full performance, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to that point.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal — digital content

For the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (for example a delivered email-signature pack), the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you gave your express prior consent to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract (§ 356(5) BGB).

At checkout we ask you to give this express consent and acknowledgement so that we may start work immediately. Where you do, the consequences above apply.
