You record it once, in your own browser
You click through the journey exactly as a customer would. We write down each step as you go - open this, click that, type here, expect to see this.
Every check replays the same steps
No AI decides what to do at run time, and nothing guesses. The run is a replay of the steps you recorded, which is why a failure means something changed rather than that a model had an off day.
Logins are handled properly
If a journey needs to sign in, the credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted inside the run. They are never written to logs, never stored with a run record, and blanked out of every screenshot.

An alert you can believe, or it is worthless
Monitoring is easy to sell and easy to make useless. Alert on everything and you will be ignored by the second week.
Never an alert on one failure
When a check fails we wait sixty seconds and run it again, from a different part of the world, with a fresh browser. If the second run passes we record it as flaky and say nothing at all. Only a failure confirmed twice reaches you.
Blocked is not the same as broken
If bot protection stops our session, that tells us nothing about whether your customers can get through. We never report that as an outage. You get a message that opens by saying your site is probably fine, and explains how to let us through if you want to.
You see what we saw
Every alert carries the screenshot of the moment it broke, with password and card fields blanked out before capture. You should not have to take our word for it, and you should not have to reproduce it yourself at 3am.

We never buy anything
A checkout journey stops at the payment page. We do not submit payment, we never enter real card details, and the basket is emptied at the end of every run.
We never write to your system
Monitoring observes. It does not create accounts, change settings, or alter your data. Where a journey would create something, we tell you so before you record it.
We only monitor sites you have proved you control
Before a journey can run, you prove the domain is yours with a DNS record. This is not a formality - running a scripted login against somebody else's site without permission is a criminal offence, and the check is enforced in the database rather than in a form.

From €19/month. Yearly billing is two months free. Faster five-minute checks are a separate add-on - we do not bundle them, because they triple the work and we would rather not price that into everyone's plan. Small-business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG - no VAT is charged.

Before you buy
What counts as a journey?
Any sequence of steps you can click through yourself: signing in and reaching the dashboard, adding to a basket and reaching the payment page, searching for a product, booking an appointment slot, submitting a quote form, applying a discount code, downloading an invoice, or completing a multi-step sign-up. If you can do it in a browser, it can be recorded.
Will it wake me up at 3am over nothing?
That is the specific thing this product is built to avoid. A single failed check never produces an alert. We retry after sixty seconds from a different region with a fresh browser, and if that run passes we log it as flaky and stay silent. Only a failure confirmed twice is worth telling you about.
Do I have to install anything?
No. There is no script to add to your site, no plugin, no app-store listing and no access to your servers. We use your site the way any visitor does, from the outside.
What if my site blocks you instead of being down?
We report it as what it is. Bot protection stopping our browser says nothing about whether real customers can check out, so we never dress it up as an outage. You get a message that says your site is probably fine and explains how to allow our checks through if you would like them to continue.
Will you ever place a real order or spend my money?
No. Checkout journeys are observation only: we stop at the payment page, never submit payment, never enter real card details, and empty the basket at the end of every run.
Is it safe to give you a login?
Credentials are encrypted before they are stored and decrypted only inside the run that needs them. They are never written to logs, never attached to a run record or an error message, and password fields are masked in the page before any screenshot is taken. We also recommend a dedicated test account rather than your own.
Can I monitor any site, or only my own?
Only sites you have proved you control, by adding a DNS record we check. Scripted sign-ins against a site you do not own are unlawful in Germany and in most other places, so the restriction is enforced in the database rather than left to good intentions.
